“UPDATE: I received a reply to this review asking me to reach out to support to troubleshoot - just to clarify I have an open case with tech support. I was told this is a known issue with no fix date- and I’ve had to follow-up on the case/I don’t get updates from them. Loved this when it was working. Now it’s tax time and nothing has reconciled in months. No fix date reported. We are left hanging.”
